Preparations completed for the Dhaka International Trade Fair 2018

Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) is closing the door. Time left and only 2 days. But the work is still left. So, in the last few days, preparations are going to be completed. The work is going on day and night.

The fair is being held at the open ground beside the Bangabandhu International Conference Center at Agargaon in the capital every time. This year, the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) is conducting the fairing process.

There is no time for the allotted stall owners inside the fair. Everyone is busy styling their own stalls. The preparations for the last moment of the fair emerged.

The road ahead is finished. Trying to fix the broken roads around. At the fair, the rest of the work including the car park, fair management office, gateway to the main gate from the gate of the Bangabandhu Conference Center, and other works. Now the construction work of the ticket counter and the main gate.

According to EPB sources, 1300 applications have been submitted to get place in the upcoming fair. In contrast to the petition, only 514 stalls and pavilions have been allocated through lotteries and tender.

The fair will run till 31 January 2018. 26 stalls have been allocated for women entrepreneurs in the fair. Apart from this, 18 Premier Pavilion, eight mini pavilions and 27 pavilions has been kept for foreign entrepreneurs.
